Make a webpage

Hi

I am interested in having a website with the topmenu like this [login to view URL]

and the functionalities like this (without side menu) [login to view URL]!/home

I already have some html,css and javascript files that i can send you. But I have som issues making it the way i want to. It is important that the site besides being used on computer also can be useable on mobile/tablet.

I want the site to have a transparent area as in ( [login to view URL]!/home) where i can fill in text and pictures. I want the website itself to look something similar to picture1 below.

when the design is done I also might need some help to add text,pictures or other media files, so I know its done properly.
