mySQL Form Project

Create a MySQL database to save contact form data that will take name, email, date of birth.

When a contact completes the form add the data to the database.

Create an administrator area which does the following:

Shows all of the contacts currently in the database

Allows the user to edit or delete a contact - be sure to confirm deletions.
