I want a database created using the blockchain and Database will be of cars. Information like car VIN number, car owner, car model information, insurance information, and etc. VIN number is the key here with the help of VIN number we should able to find all the records of the car until the present time. For the front-end I need React js and you can use any CSS framework. In this blockchain, only 4 type of user should able to create the block motor vehicle department, car mechanic shop, car showroom, and Insurance company. Company people should not able to create any block they should only able to search for a car using VIN number of the car. When they enter the car VIN number they will get all the entries related to that car up till now.
NOTE: you have to give me all the documentation of the code and as well as project.
