Coloured illustration of punkgirl for card game

This illustration is for a gangster themed card game.
I would need to add a punk girl character to collection of characters. I would need the style to be similar. Please refer to the attachments 1 and 2 (brawler and underboss) for two of the characters to understand the style and the level of detail. I would only need the character without any background. The size of the illustration is a typical poker card size with the long size not less than 1600px.
The cyber girl should resemble a bad girl in the gang with dye or highlighted hair. I would prefer her to hold pistols. Please refer to attachment 3 and 4 (punkgirl and punk_girl) to understand the requirement. The most important thing for this illustration is for the style to fit the rest of the characters so that she doesn't stick out like a sore thumb.
It would be great if the illustrator can provide a sketch. I am willing to pay for the sketch if necessary before committing to the colored illustration.
