Illustrator required - small series (4 vector art illustrations)

I need a series of 4 small illustrations done for some writing I am doing...
They need to convey 4 stages of business deal-making that I call: the chat, the shake, the ride and the rock.
Each illustration will be in a circle - smallest use will be at 15-20mm diameter. I'd like the series to be gender non-specific and have a stylised retro look.
The first illustration needs to show two heads discussing the deal; the second shows the handshake, the third shows 1 person's experience of the deal succeeding; the fourth shows the other person sitting on a rock thinking about what has happened.
For the mockup I used the following, but these are male gender and don't all work as a series:

Note: The person on the ride, is not the person on the rock.
