We have a large database of millions of emails and we need someone that has a bulk email server with a good-standing IP reputation to deliver our emails. The rate should be 100,000 – 500,000 per day.

The freelancer should have many years experience working with email systems and thoroughly know how to avoid problems related to blacklisting of IP and domains.

We also need reporting that will provide us with delivery and open rate.

We would like a long term relationship with this freelancer to send out emails and to monitor IPs to make sure they are clean and the server(s) are optimized for the right balance of sending speed versus IP reputation.

We are looking to pay a monthly amount less than what is charged by bulk email server companies which is $150 per month to send 200,000 emails per day.

If you would like to bid on this project you must answer the following questions:

1. Do you have an email system that has delivered over 5 million emails to the inboxes of both private and web-based email systems.

2. What strategy do you use to insure our IP and domains are not blacklisted.

3. Please tell me know the best price for each Million emails sent or a monthly price for a dedicated server that can send up to 1 million emails per day.
