SEO and other strategies to make daily 20+ USD from my international site - repost 2

I own a website that I built in joomla 2.5, but I had no time to follow it as I would like to...

Actually, I need an AdSense expert to make the site generate around 15-20 USD per day.

- White hat methods only, no spam, bots, paid traffic or other short-term methods. Organic traffic based on relevant content

- No article spinning

- I will provide hosting and domain and upload text within the site

- The SEO strategy cannot involve anything related to adult, Pharmacy, violence, gambling, warez or anything that is not acceptable to the adsense TOS. Again, the site MUST ADHERE TO ADSENSE TERMS OF SERVICE

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing

- You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations.

- Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic exchanges, traffic buying/trading sites or paid services

- NO Black Hat or Grey Hat techniques.

- Do not use ANY illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on the website.

- 25% after 7 day average reaches 5 USD per day

- Another 25% after 14 day average reaches 5 USD per day

- Next 25% milestone after a month of stable organic traffic and at least 5 USD daily average

- Final 25% released when the first payment from Adsense arrives

- The payment will be released only after the conditions above are met.

I'd like to know :

1/ How long you expect the site to begin making money

2/ some of your previous website/blogs that you already created and are being profitable
