50 PR3+ One Way Backlinks to my Site! Must be legit and meet requirements

I own and run a travel related web site. And am looking for good quality, one way back links.

Specifically looking for:

50 PR3+ back-links

Link builder; experienced, knows how to check that links are good.

No bids from limited or no link building experience.

Good results will mean ongoing business for you.

I will provide Key Phrases to be used as anchor text.

Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods.

Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for.

We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply as follows.

Requirements:

• The back-links MUST be permanent, one-way back-links.

• The links quantity is to be divided among several websites with different themes from each other.

• All linking websites must be English only. At least 20-30% of linking websites must be .COM.AU.

• Back-links on URLs should be active within a couple of days and we expect them to be picked up in search engines within few days.

• Minimum Google Page Rank 3+ back-links (but we can talk about a range of PR2 to PR4 sites, what percentage, what cost)

• No Blog Comments

• No links from garbage directories (professional associations are ok)

• All back-links must be DO FOLLOW. Links found to have “rel=nofollow” attribute will not be counted.

• One link per website/domain counted

• Links must be in HTML with no other language controls or redirects.

• Links must be text and not graphic links (no Java)

• All links must be one-way non-reciprocal links (some of them could be inserted in our blog page if requested)

• We reserve the right to refuse links that we deem unsuitable.

• 50-75% of the Links MUST be from sites relevant to the industry of our website.

• Google guidelines for building links must be followed.

• Absolutely NO links from websites with a google penalty or google ban.

Website Types we DO NOT want links from:

• Ping Sites, Link Farms, irectory Sites

• Article Directories/Submission sites

• Under Construction sites or Parked Domains

• Torrent Sites, Gambling Sites, Adult Sites

• Hacking Sites, Hate Sites

• Forums, Guestbooks, Classifieds

• link exchange programs

• Pharmacy sites

• Sites with intrusive advertising such as popups or popunder advertising

• Sites containing malware or malicious scripts

• No pages with more than 100 external links on them

The following types of links are NOT accepted:

-No Links in comments, blog comments & blog spots.

-No Forums home / footer / in links.

-No Social bookmarking / Network Sites.

-No Classifieds and FFA networks.

-No Dropped domains related websites / Blogs Links.

-No Link brokerage networks links (6 month, 1 year contract links).

-No any unethically received link.

-No Pages blocked by robots.txt.

-No classified ads., dynamic links, sponsored links.

-No subdomains

You will need to provide the following information accurately in an Excel spreadsheet:

• Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink)

• Link destination exact URL

• Site Name, Site Type (theme), Google Page Rank

• Anchor text used for the link

• Date link was created

The spreadsheet must be supplied and we must be allowed to check all links (2 business days) before payment is made. All links will be also checked over the link guarantee and any broken links must be replaced within 7 days of reporting. As we shall be working long together the key is building a trusting relationship.
