I have an application under DEV
Create IOS and Android App to record this DATA. Have a way to capture the client signature with the finger.

Ideally we should allow for offline use, store locally on the tablet or phone the session and have a sync button to push the recorded data offline to the website once connected to the network.
I need a fast and economic solution, at later time we can improve the solution and make it better.
Please Consider the work finished with the IOS and Android application published to the STORES.
Any framework will work, PhoneGap , Cordova or similar.
We dont have a budget, time to deliver, every 2 days updates of progress and commit to SVN are key.
