The specifics of this project are tailored around the skill set of freelancer @r4rony.
1. Tidy the UX of the Forms, we need to make this easier to udnerstand
2. Split the fields for choosing gift vs choosing product to be included to giveaway gift
3. first nme/surname/order id - mandatory first page to get through to questions and submit for gift
4. this information PLUS QR code for 3 is sent to the "print packing slips" to show the QR and the answers to the page. NOTE: we need to setup a configeration page for this in the app so the user can set the title to go with the qr to the packing slip. EG CLICK THIS QR CODE TO CLAIM OUR FREE GIFT (then this appears bove the qr in bold font on the packing slip)
5. add time tracker and update this on the columns of the "gift claimed page" and a summary average speed on dashboard
6. Change Names of "form" and Result form to : Pre Gift Form & Post Gift Form
7 gift claimed page is your total of all gift claims. need date filter and ability to download all data
NOTE: If we had a staff ID that if entered on the forms we woudl nto havr to verify the gift rule this helps to test the forms and ensure ux is good

5. I have no proof either if this app works inside shopify as right now you only see login pages, so we need to ensure this is not a issue
