Rails 3 Project for HR Application

Looking for a Ruby on Rails developer who knows Rails 3 and has examples of live Rails 3 web applications they have completed. This project is to build a Human Resources application with a duration of 3-4 weeks. We need someone who can commit 8-9 hours per day for the project duration. We would like this developer to also have a basic understanding of Linux and how to use a Git repository. Please also provide urls to the Rails 3 apps you have developed in your responses. Please also have Skype and a working microphone. If the project goes smoothly then we have maintenance contracts that we can offer. Thanks!
