Recover crashed server

I have a dedicated unmanaged server hosted with Webtropia. They had major issue and the whole thing is down. They say that issue is with firewall settings but will not help recover. I need expert to go in and see if it can be started and if data can be recovered. They use iLo system (remote mangement)
I need this ASAP today.
