Create e-mail Template

We need 2 e-mail templates that will look professional and according to our web-page theme www.imepa-mx.com.

The first template will be for sending our customers an updated calendar with the scheduled trainings on it.

The second Template will be used to send our customers news about new products and services offered.

These templates will be easily editable so that we can put new content.

The templates must be compatible with the mail merge option from Microsoft word, other type of mail merge option can be accepted upon approval.

## Deliverables

Here is an example of what we use currently for the trainings calendar, but which's design is not appealing and doesn't look professional enough.
