This Project should run as a window application to detect the Vehicle number from the plate for indian vehicles with the help of deep learning as main technology apart from other computer vision processing.
Assumption:
1. Consider the Vehicle plate is already detected and the application will know the bounding box co-ordinates for the number plate in the image.
2. Application can be passed with the image and bounding box info and the output should be text format of the vehicle number.
3. Can refer any ALPR open source projects for development, considering the final result can be better than it.
