We have current projects in place where we pay call centres per lead or an hourly rate.

Some more confident call centres sell the product over the phone and get paid full commission, others get the customer close to a sale and pass the call to a UK representative.

And as initially stated, some just book leads. This is a great product for business customers, every call is a potential sale, more and more people are thinking about saving money on their bills in the current climate...
