Grover & Company carries out over 100 projects annually within Australia, New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates. Currently, the practice is putting out a fully paid and funded ‘Test Pilot Project’ to identify potential ‘Freelancers’ with the right Skill Sets, Competencies, Quality of Work, Discipline, and Commitment on Projects to work with our senior practitioners globally on multiple projects. The project Grover & Company carries out are Generating and writing Secondary Market Research Reports, Developing Go-To-Market International Business and Export Strategies, Developing, Building, and Writing Professional Business Plans, and conducting Feasibility Studies to assess Financial Viability of the Go-To-Market International Business Models and Export Strategies.
The Project:
Grover & Company is executing a mandate to create, develop, and implement a ‘Business Plan’ that articulates robust Go-To-Market International Business Models and Export Strategies for a rapidly growing medium-sized Australian Natural and Organic Skincare cosmetics brand that is looking at expanding their export footprint in South Korea, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates. This project includes the following activities and tasks:
Activities:
1. Create and develop a particular Go-To-Market International Business Model and Export Strategy for a medium-sized Australian Natural and Organic Skincare Brand to penetrate South Korea, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates.
2. Carry out a Feasibility Study to assess the financial viability of the Go-To-Market International Business Model and Export Strategy.
3. Develop a clear 48-month Operational, Licensing, Marketing, Sales, and Financial Roadmap that helps the Australian Natural and Organic Skincare Brand follow a plan towards progressive growth and expansion.
4. Create, Develop, and write a professional ‘Business Plan’ detailing the above Go-To-Market Model and Strategy, Financial Viability, and the 48-month roadmap.
