Looking for people to attend an online business event via Zoom

Requirements:

- You are NOT required to speak, you just need to enter the meeting room on Zoom, and have your webcam turned on

- Have a working computer with webcam

- Smart casual / formal wear

- Stay online during the event (1 hour)

- Purpose of the event: Networking/Business

- Demographic of attendees: General public/Business Professionals

- Target number of attendances: 50

Skills and experience preferred:

- Experience attending virtual events

- Familiarity with Zoom

Event: Technology Collaboration between Europe and China

Date: 10:00-11:00 (GMT/UK TIME) 30 Nov 2023 *Please check the correct time in your timezone if you live outside United Kingdom

Duration: 1 hour

GUIDELINE for attendance:

1. Make sure you have already downloaded Zoom and registered an account. This is free of charge. If you haven’t, visit this link: [login to view URL]

2. Click on the meeting link we send to you. (The meeting link will be sent to you prior to the event)

3. Dress code: smart casual / formal

4. Enter the meeting room via Zoom.

5. Set your name as your first name so we can identify you.

6. Message us on Freelancer so we know you are inside the meeting room and can confirm your attendance.

7. Make sure your webcam is turned on.

8. Remain silent during the event.

9. Stay in the meeting room for 1 hour, have your webcam turned on at all times.

10. Make sure you are sitting still during the event and have a quiet background.

11. You will receive payment after the event has ended.
