Write an iPhone application

I would like someone to help create an iPhone and iPad App.
It will be a French language Learning App.
There will be four elements:
1. A list of 20 new french words to be learnt every day - each word will be readable and playable via audio. This list will be renewed every day and will come from a list of a thousand words. So, when the user is happy they have learnt the words, they can select the next 20 words. After each word is played and read the user will be encouraged to write each word down into a physical notepad. There will be an icon suggesting this that appears at the end of the 20 word list.
2. This part will involve NLP. The same 20 word list will be displayed but using images to associate words. For example there will be an image of a fish next to the word 'L'Affiche' - because it 'sounds' like 'fish' - even though the word means 'poster'.
3. The next step will involve practical and real 'usages' of the 20 words. Using sentences with audio to explain where best to use the words.
4. This will be the 'Shortcut' section. Where different elements of the french language will be taken and explained in detail. It will be 'sold' as the 'Shortcut' section as the user will by learning these elements, be able to understand french a lot faster. An example of this will be a full explanation of the verb 'falloir' -
There will be a need for audio and images and the app should run on an iPad and an iPhone.
