Android App for Tracking poker style betting

Here is what I need. Single phone app Would like DROID, but interested in Apple Iphone APP as well.

Include price for non Apple Store, non Droid Store install.

Option: If possible include a second price which would include you getting it added to Apple Store and Amazon Play Store.

No internet connection Necessary!

Configuration saves even after app is closed.

Start Hole 1

All Players ante (Ante Hole 1 setting amount)

Bet Round 1

Player 1 Turn

"Bet Amount", "Check" or "Fold"

Player 2 Turn

"*Call or Check", "Raise Amount", "Check" or "Fold"

Player 3 Turn

"*Call or Check", "Raise Amount", "Check" or "Fold"

Player 4 Turn

"*Call or Check", "Raise Amount", "Check" or "Fold"

Repeat until all players are called or checked

If there has been a bet made this button will say Call if no bet has been made this button will say Check

Once everyone has folded, called or checked the money is removed from their bank and added to the pot.

Bet Round 2

Player 1 Turn

"Bet Amount", "Check" or "Fold"

Player 2 Turn

Player 3 Turn

Player 4 Turn

Repeat until all players are called or checked

Winner(s) selected.

Winner needs to be selected by user. (Checkbox) so more than 1 winner can be selected. (tie)

If 1 winner entire pot goes to that winners bank

If more than 1 winner than the money is split evenly between all winners.

REPEAT

Each hole repeats starting with the NEXT player going first. On hole 1 Player 1 Bets first, On hole 2 Player 2 Bets first, on Hole 3 Player 3 bets first, on hole 4 Player 4 bets first, on hole 5 Player 1 bets first, and so on. When a player has no chips left he is eliminated and skipped in the betting process. Until one player is left with all the chips.
