Augmented Reality with Indoor Positioning

I want a augmented reality app that is developed by c# and that can detect a real life object and give details about it. This project can detect Indoor positioning using wifi signal strength just enough to detect the room/level you are in. For example if the same object is in another room or level in the same building, it has to consider it as a different object. I want the database as firebase. This app should have the feature to live share stream in facebook or instagram if the user wants to.
