google maps points manipulation

Before bid , read this and follow instruction.

1- create project

2-create glebe

3- create border, click manual, tap on google map do area of 20 hectares, save it.

4- go to sampling grid ( this screen i am trying to clone)

5- choose 1 hectare on the top, it wil draw 20 points, choose 2hectare, it will draw 10 points. save it

6- click on menu of your phone, choose edit

7- choose any of the points, let say number 2, click on it untill on top appear "Pt 2 MOVE DELETE"

8- choose move, tap on google where you want your point. save it

I need to do point 5,6,7,8 on my app.

1-open my app

2- tap to create polygon

3- drag one of the corners of the polygon to create inside grid

I need the resize grid boxes depending user value.

I need the edit>Move point inside the box grid.
