2 listViews synced while scrolling connect to Dbs

I need an Android app. I already have a design and layout for it,(3 fragments) I just need it to be built. It has 2 ListViews that scroll side by side synchronized through data in sqlite db(3 tables).
The left Listview uses the Android SearchableDictionary sample.
The right ListView uses Cyrilmottier's ListViewTipsAndTricks on GitHub sample.
After registering and securely logging in users can gain access to bigger db of info.
Full diagram, db schema document to successful bidder. basic activity template ready.
