Palworld Mod for Enhanced Building Health

I am looking for an expert in modding games, specifically Palworld. The purpose of this project is threefold:

1. Increase the health of all building structures, which include but are not limited to wood, stone, metal, palbox, and chests.

2. Allow customization of health for these various structures to create a game mod that can be tailored to individual preferences.

3. Implement a configurable file that allows me to adjust the health of these structures myself.

I need a solution that's easy to use, so we'll avoid complex in-game settings or command-line interfaces. A simple configurable file that I can edit will do.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong experience in modding games, ideally Palworld.

- Proficient understanding of configurable files and how to implement them in a game mod.

- Attention to detail and a strong understanding of game mechanics to ensure balanced gameplay even with the increased structure health.
