Apple Motion & Final Cut Pro Specialist

I need someone who is proficient Apple Motion and Final Cut Pro X.

Basically I want someone to create the following for me:

Unique lower thirds

Two video progress bars, one linear and have dancing animation or weight lift animation in from and the animation image should be changeable to any image if I want to, one circluar progress bar both are in the video attached.

Swipe left hand gesture with text to show user to swipe for more content.

Callouts - easily customisable.

Count down timer/timer - easily customisable

Smoke/water splash transition.

I want all the above to be easily customisable.

I need someone who will get this done and give their price. No messing about please.
