Hi - we currently have 2 Servers with Hetzner (will add a 3rd one soon) that is configured with 64GB Ram and 2 x 3TB HDD (SATA). We use the servers to host mostly niche Wordpress sites.
We are having issues with hackers getting into sites injecting mailing scripts and malware. Hetzner does not offer a management service so we are looking for a service provider who can provide 24/7 support for these servers (and install monitoring software to create alerts too).
We need all mail ports blocked on these servers and would want the server hardened up to make it harder for people to cause problems.
We would also need ongoing malware and virus scans so that we can be proactive instead of our current reactive state.
Tuning the servers to get the best performance out of them would also be required.
Having the ability to also have a reliable backup solution in place (prefer a cloud based solution like Amazon S3 or similar) that can ensure we have a good backup plan in place should we have disk failures etc.
In summary, we need a kick ass service provider who can provide this service on a monthly basis and have our backs for high availability. We are not looking for one person operations here. You need to be part of a team that can provide this service and be able to respond to tickets or chat when we need you.
Our servers currently run CentOS with the CentOS Panel.
We look forward to hearing from the right provider ASAP. Note - this will be a recurring monthly service but we could not work out how to present that here on Freelancer.
