/ How to increase the speed (maintaining efficiency) of payouts ? Also, how to increase the revenue generated on those transactions ?

Clarification : The payment methods are automated and payouts are processed once a week ( wednesday) by someone in the payment team

a) What would be the validation process on an admin dashboard according to the payment method ?

b) What would be your proposition in order to increase the payout revenue ? How could you apply this/these proposition(s) according to the payment methods

II/ What payment provider should we integrate to our platform according to the monetary zone ?

Clarification : ANKA has + 15K sellers registered on its platform. Half of them are in Africa. They want to use the ANKA services and want to get paid faster (and cheaper). All monetary zones in Africa are covered

a) What are the existing constraints according to the payment methods ?

b) Which actors in which monetary zones in order to manage these constraints and maintain a quality service (high payment success rate) ?

c) What would be the best solution in the long term to increase the success rate and therefore the transaction volumes ?

Payment methods => SEPA, Mobile money, wire transfer, Paypal etc.

Transactions => Payins & Payouts

Payins => Money transfers from users to one of ANKA’s payment methods

Payouts => Money transfers from ANKA to one of the user payment methods

Users => Buyers and sellers

Monetary zones => XOF, NGN, KES, XAF
