This site is too be similar to a you tube style system:
It will alow clients to upload there videos on to the site in all formates.
It will have a still pitire section also that clients can upload there pictures too with a section for a little biography and information on them similar to a my space page.
And finaly this will be a pay sight where viewers will be able to view these uploaded videos in streaming flash video format similar to you tube but will have to pay for a membership. They will have an account which will automatically keep track of there funds if they use the pay per view system or the pay per minute. The website will have to keep track of all this and be able to have the viewer add more funds to ther account to allow them to continue using this service.
This site will need to be total turn key with you doing the installation of the script on a host sight and totally up and running. Please forward any prior web sites for review.
