ASP/VBSCRIPT to ASP.NET/JAVASCRIPT

I am looking for a port of my ASP application to a managed code ASP.NET application. This will also entail porting several vbscript functions and subs to javascript for multiple browser compatibility. Business logic is already defined but may need to be re-worked a bit to work in ASP.NET. This application has a MSSQL back end but would also like to be able to consider a non-M$ back end database such as MySQL or Access.

## Deliverables
1) Complete, fully commented and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installable by the Buyer in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform
Currently the platform must be able to run on a Windows 2000 server AND Windows 2003 server with a MSSQL backend.
