Contract for ASP and web development work

**We are seeking a full time ASP developer ** **who also has a broad range of web development and support skills.**
Please see the attached role description.
You will work from your chosen location on various web projects for our websites, as well as help us support the ongoing operation of these.
You must be able to work minimum 8hrs/day, 5days/week on our work. Please do not bid if you already have a full time job, or if you have a large backlog of freelance jobs. We also expect you will focus solely on our work during the contract period.
You should also have a minimum of 2 years experience in development of commercial web applications.
Examples of the work you will be doing:
* Creation of an online training module
* Creation of a completely new site to support training-based affirmations/assertions
* Completing existing projects outstanding by current developers
* Site maintenance/enhancements
* More, depending on your skills
In return we will provide:
* At least 20 days of work for the initial contract, with monthly extensions if successful
* Regular on-time payments via RAC - milestone payments at the end of each week on completion of agreed goals
* Clear responsibilities, objectives and timeframes
* Feedback on your code, work practices etc. I have 9 years experience in consulting to large organizations
* Insights into the way I run my Internet business
* Written reference at conclusion of working arrangements
**In your bid response:**
* **Provide a bid amount for the first 20 days of work.** Note that your bid needs be close to **India market rates** for these skills. Please see [url removed, login to view] if you need some guidance.
* **Provide a Resume, examples of your work and at least 2 referees** we can contact if necessary. A RAC profile will help.
* **Start date** (we are ok with some transition)
* **You will greatly increase your chances** if you reattach the Word role description document with comments on each of the major requirements for the job.

## Deliverables
* Completion of deliverables as agreed at the start of each week.
* Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
* Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
* Daily email updates/meetings and a weekly status report
