Web Site Fix

This is a make over for a site and will include an add. There are three sites in total that must be redon. The same graphics will be used for all three.

The site must log visitors and have the ABILITY TO UPLOAD AND DOWN LOAD software to a users desk top.

The applications are already written.

The site content is there as well as the navagation.

Fix the contact page and the upload down load code.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
