Project: 15 hours a week - 4 weeks of Admin Asst / Project management. Place by for that. This it the first of many projects. Place bid of dollars per hour you need. CEO of Software company needs a personal and administrative assistant to do a wide variety of jobs. All work is done remotely. Must be easy-going, and low-stress. Work, as well as life, sometimes gets hectic... but how are you when life is hectic? Are you still someone people enjoy working with; are you stressed out; or are you still enjoyable to work with? Must be good with technology (e.g. Excellent at web research, Excellent at MS Word, Outlook, and picks up computer programs fairly easily. Must be able to install and set a program easily, or sign up for a web service.) Must be very organized and detailed. Must be able to take email and phone communication and get everything down where nothing falls through the cracks. Must be great at reporting. We require clear reporting on status for all jobs assigned. Must be a great written and verbal english communicator, as you will be representing the CEO in written and phone correspondence. An accent is acceptable, but it should be minimal. Experience in managing others is a strong plus, but not required. (You will be taking the executive's correspondence with other employee's and organizing due dates and following up with them on work not finished). Experience in HR, especially hiring, is a plus, but not required. Experience in project or event management, or business management a strong plus, but not required. You will be working with the CEO on his projects, often organizing and managing the details of some of his projects. Should be someone who employeers would describe as someone who "gets things done." Should like a challenge, and a sense of accomplishment. Read "Deliverables" for how to bid/apply.
## Deliverables
Reply should include Resume, References and Cover letter describing how you have 1) ability/skill 2) experience in the areas mentioned above. In your bid, place how much per hour you would require. And days and hours you are available. Ability to work during business hours PST is a strong plus, but not completely required (You will have to work some during business hours PST, but some may be done in other time zones). Also list your computer specs, as well as internet connection. After contracted Phone communication will be done via Skype if not in the USA.
