Fix a CSS issue with IE

Hello,
I need to fix a CSS issue on MSIE for 1 page. There is 2 bugs.
You can see the issue on the attached pictures.
This script worked well before on another page, that mean the HTML is right but the CSS need to be fixed.
There is 2 fixes needed :
- 1 for the Tooltip (as shown on picture 1)
- 1 for the Overlay (as shown on picture 2)
The script is executed on a CMS, Prestashop which works with Smarty & PHP. But the bug is localised in a "module" directory.
I'll give you the path to the right files.
After you will fix the issue i need you check on most well known browsers for compatibility, eg : Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari.
You don't need to know smarty to do this job.
