USB synchronization for Outlook

I would like to invite all C++ coders to look at my project and if it peeks your interest, i would like you to bid on it. i am looking for a skilled and reliable developer to create a clone (baseline) of MIGO (do a search on google) and [login to view URL] (see attached zip file for details on this) and if this is something you would be interested in, then i could also tell you of the enhancements i have in mind. some of these enhancements include, encryption of data, password protection, lockout, etc...

kindly let me know if you are interested in this challenging project. if yes, then also advise on schedule, deliverables, and bid amount. if you need further clarification on the project, i would be very happy to answer it.

however only apply if you are serious and professional and have a 9+ rating here. I expect that you don't miss any weekly status reports and the code is uploaded every 3 days to my server with a text file explaining the changes from the last upload. i have been burnt by the last coder and dont want to repeat the same mistakes on this project. Pls bid only if you can deliver this in a timely manner.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
