Create web site template

I would like someone to create a website template for me in photopshop/dreamweaver. You should design the site in photoshop and then layout site in Dreamweaver. The end result should be a group of html and image files for the new web site.

The site is a greeting card site. I would like a top nav that shows name maybe a sloganm, home, cart, about, contact, policies, etc.. the left nave should contain a list of card categories and a userlogin.

The following pages will be needed for the site

Home Page - on home I want it to explain the site and a link for a custom section to create a custom card

Subcategory - after someone clicks a categore or occassion they get a subcat list

itemlist - list of items for sub category

itemdetail - detail of item...that page will also have some checkboxes where they can select from another item with that card..fo ex: with the card do they want to add confetti or a gift certificate..

Address Books - they can add address books

Image Maint - they can upload images

All pages should only be html and no code. I will put the code in later. BUT and this is a bug BUT I want comments in the html so i t will be easy for me where to place the code...for ex: on the item detail it should show a comment start item detail and end item detail comments in between that section of html. I want this on all pages.

I want to know where you are getting or creating graphics from. I want to make sure it is legit. It is accecptible if you are part of a graphic service.

In order to be considered send me 5 examples of store sites that you've done.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) All photoshop, images, html files. It should be compatiable with all browsers.
