Flash with MySQL and PHP

I would like to create a replica of the following Flash object (only the Listing and the subsequent Detail parts) in terms of functionality.

I will provide a Complete Photoshop PSD file for the design, I will also provide a Complete MySQL database with all content.

I would like to be able to manage all content displayed via an Admin screen (in php) and have all of the content stored and served from a MySQL database.

This project will not have any ecommerce functions, it is more like a be-spoke small CMS with a Flash Front End.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
