We are looking for a website design and development company to outsource several projects to. This is an initial project to establish a relationship. We are looking for sites of this quality or better: [login to view URL] (please review this company's work) and http://www.designsensory.com. If you know for a fact you can provide this quality work on a continual basis and set schedule, and if you can take on more than one job at once you may be who we are looking for. All bidders must present us with examples of work, cost for each project, and timeframe. This is a bid request for the redesign of our company website. http://www.level101.com. This includes new logo. Designer will be provided with all content and site schematics. The designer will have 10 days to complete the site. Who should bid on this? Only persons or companies that are already doing this type of work for other web design companies. We are looking to build a permanent relationship with an outsourced solution. The comapny should expect at least one new job to start every week. our services are in great demand and we will all profit.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
