migrate from joomla 1.5 VM 1.5 to Joomla 2.5 VM 2.0 with customized template - repost

We have a web shop on the platform J [url removed, login to view] / VM 1.1.5

We want to migrate the page to newer version of Joomla 2.5 and VM 2.0. Previous freelancer didnt complete the job, so the job is half way done.

The page is already migrated to JM 2.5 VM 2.0, with smaller hickups that would need to be delt with. The design would need to be made and customized as to the functionality of the old page and the functionality of the new things, new VM 2.0 has to offer.

Because of the migration we would also need a new template for the store, that needs to be more professional.

The usage and functionality of some of the modules/programs is mandatory, like akeeba backup, e-mail subscribing, module for listing featured items, module for showing banners and products/pictures, facebook likes for each product...

We will award the job based on the template prewiew of the site. We will leave the design to you, but it has to be to our likings. You can also create new logo if it will suit the needs of the new template. The template needs to be fresh and in the context of the store, responsive and colour balanced.

Job description is VM template, (migrating all the products to new site - it has already been done, but in case the site needs to be freshly made, it would have to be done again) and also migrating the functionality of this site (mailing list, xmap, akeeba backup, modules, filters, credit cards and paypal integration that is working,facebook integration...)

The theme based popup for cookie directive should also be made.

Would like to have the option to mark products as "hot" "new" so the picture of the product would have a "hot" or "new" sign.

When you apply, please send me the picture of the new template, you can do it in photoshop.

Would need someone who is competent and have time to do this job.
