Creating a remote control panel using java swing

You are required to create a (remote) control panel for a closed circuit television camera to be used as part of a surveillance system for the University campus. The camera will be mounted at a high level on one of the University buildings, and will be capable of providing a view of those parts of the campus visible from this position. The camera will be capable of "panning" from side to side, within certain defined limits, and will also be capable of "tilting" to any angle between horizontal and an angle of 60 degrees to the horizontal. In addition, the camera is capable of "zooming" between two limits called "wide" and "tele". The control panel should be created using the Java Swing package, and must provide the following facilities: • Buttons to turn the camera ON and OFF. • A "Pan Right" button and a "Pan Left" button. • A pair of Radio Buttons to control whether the pan is "Fast" or "Slow". • A "Stop Pan" button. • A vertical slider to control the angle of tilt of the camera. • A horizontal slider to control the "zoom". Your panel should display suitable messages to give feedback on what the camera is doing *This is only an outline to the project. The actual specification is attached to this request.*

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

## Platform

Windows 2000, the java package i use is BlueJ, by monarch university, but this is not essential.

## Deadline information

The actual deadline for this is 9th december. But it is ESSENTIAL, that I have it by the 6th of december, so I am able to produce suitable user documentation. This is shorth notice, but it is not a huge project. It can be done.
