I need a creative Web Designer to make a custom dynamic Joomla template for my website. Visit the following links to see the brief structure indication of my site, and dynamic effect reference.

• The news rolling up module has no referring. Please create it.
I don’t need you to design any flash, logo, banner, image or graphic etc. Use any pictures temperately when you work on it, I’ll change them by myself. You have to provide a brief Module Position Map to me to understand your design as where you located modules such as user1 user 2 etc.
About the Style:
My blue print is just a structure map of the website. Please design the style of the template by yourself. Ready templates you bought from somewhere are not acceptable! My first request is this template won’t cause me any copyright or/and licensing issue.
Style has to be cool and bright. Keep it simple, not too fancy. The blue print is only use for the structure, not the style (it’s too dark). I think Dark border and bright content background would be nice. Please free feel to do it. I would love to see if you have better ideas. BTW, please avoiding use large image because I need the website run fast and my host provider isn’t fast enough.
About the Programming:
Basically as you have read the blue print, you can see there is a slideshow module, tab module, and news rolling module would be needed. whether you download free module extensions from online and change it or you can write one by yourself, it’s fine as long as they won’t cause me any copyright or/and licensing issues. And the last, again, you need to provide a brief Module Position Map to me to understand your design. Coding has to be Optimized for SEO rule.
Testing and Building up the layout:
Once you finished the template I’ll give you an account to access to my website to build up menus, and few sample contents that I would give to you so you can test the template. (I’ve already installed Joomla on my host but haven’t add any contents) If there are any errors pop out and you should fix them for no extra charge.
My Budget:
My budget is $250-300
And need it in 7 days (not 7 business days)

Skill require：
Outstanding CSS+Div skill. Actually, most dynamic effect for sildershow and dropdown menu etc. you have to code them in CSS not Flash.
