210195 Golf Handicap Tracker

I am looking for a designer to build me or supply me with a golf handicap tracking script for my website similar to the one at www.myscorecard.com. It will be free for members to join and use. The members will need to create an account to login and input their course name, course index and slope, add their scores, drives, putts, etc. and the script will calculate their handicap. There are hundreds of these out there and I am hoping someone here already has something similar.
