PHP/ExtJS CRM Software

I need an extra Developer to work on a CRM project like SugarCRM, Viger, Zoho, Salesforce or check [Wikipedia][1] website for more information.
I do not need special knowledge about sales as long he understands the project and the modules that need to be designed (Leads, Accounts, Contacts etc.)
The project has already started and it's done with Sencha ExtJS4 but this can change in the future. It would be great if you have experience with the ExtJS library. If not you need to know at least similar libraries such as jQuery, jQuery UI, yui and understand javascript classes so you can understand how ExtJS works. You will have to read first and understand a bit of ExtJS before I will start paying you. Don't worry, if you are good with javascript and you are stuck somewhere on ExtJS the other developer can help you. I am looking for someone who can work as a team.
PHP is used for the database queries mostly so I require more knowledge in Javascript than PHP. You need to be familiar with MVC (ExtJS 4 uses MVC for the javascript code as well). Graphic designer is a plus because I would need some photoshop works (icons etc)
I also want a mobile version, preferably done with Sencha Touch. It's gonna be a smaller version of the site to fit mobile devices.
