Convert Joomla 1.5 from Table to DIV template

Hi, my Joomla site is created in Joomla, and is in table format, i want to convert to DIV format...

Also, i want the site to load in 2 seconds or below...

I have another domain where images and js files are stored, which will improve the speed of the site but need you to increase speed when converting to DIV.
