Add functionalities to existing Joomla v2 website

I am using Joomla [url removed, login to view] with Virtuemart 2.0.26d.
I have also acquired AcySMS (to send automatic SMS alerts), CSVI Pro (to upload users and other stuff), Fox Contact (to have custom contact forms) and I have registered in Remarkety to use their connector and have automatic emails depending on custom options.
This is a project that I am developing for a customer and I have other projects runing as well. Since I do not have time for everything I have to find here someone who can help me developing some things, not because I don't know how to do it, but only because I have no time for it (fortunately).
Here's what I need you to develop in order for me to offer my customer some "simple CRM functionalities" as he requested (which probably have to be done through a Component installed on Joomla):
- Upload customers and have custom fields associated to them (e.g.: category 1, category 2, category 3, subcategory 1, etc.)
- Upload sales (we have a CSV file with a unique field associated with each customer, that field is the vat number information)
- Ability to filter customers in backend to view different information about a list of customers, depending on user fields, custom fields and sales fields
- We should be able to export the list we filtered
- Call-back request option (here users should be able to select one out of three stores, email goes to that selected store directly and to another email address - this call-back request should also be registered in database associated with user profile)
- Appointment scheduling (we should be able to set custom fields here and that request should go to one email address, depending on selected store and should be associated with user profile)
- Have some simple charts/graphics in backend where we can view things such as: number of contacts, appointments booked associated with user (we should be able to mark it as finished and leave a comment), call-back requests (we should be able to set it as contacted and leave a comment), number of SMSs sent
- For charts, hability to select different filters for different fields should also be possible to select
- We should be able to select a time range for these charts and for lists as well
- Connecting with AcySMS, user should be able to receive one SMS (e.g.: one day before) to alert customer that he has an appointment next day at X hours in store Y
- If a customer tries to book an appointment to a certain hour that has already one appointment, that option shouldn't be valid and user should not be able to select that time
- We should be able to set in backend, from which time appointments are possible to book (e.g.: from 10:00h until 16:00h) - hours must be in 24H format
- It should be possible to associate a sale in Virtuemart when we upload a file with sales. This requirement is really important because then we will use Remarkety to remind customer to buy us again (e.g.: a product that expires 30 days after purchase, customer will be reminded 3 days before to come to our store and buy a new item)
- If a customer buys a product before it expires, then the alert should go ONLY for the new product (the replacement product) and not for the old one
And that's it. Give me your best quotation and don't tell me "of this is an estimate". I want an EXACT cost because this is everything I need my Component to do.
I want to add that when I mention sales, I always mean "store sales" not "online sales". So at the end of each day, my customer wants to upload a file with his sales associated with his customers and wants to upload a customers file as well (not uploading existing customers, system must recognize existing and new customers and save it accordingly).
In case of any doubt here, please let me know. The main focus are the REAL STORE sales, not the online sales, but BOTH have to me managed the same way (after uploading the sales file for the day, my customer should be able to see it as if it were online sales, but mentioning "store sale")
