Bulk Whois Checker

I need someone familiar with whois to create a bulk checker for domain availability. Note this software just checks on availability and does not need contact information. Also, this is not a scraping job. You should be getting data via the api.
It must be multithreaded with an option of the number of threads to be set by the user.
The domains needing to be checked will be stored in mysql. Availability of domains needs to be stored back in mysql.
This should be a desktop application.

I used whoisxmlapi api before to get whois information. But let me tell you this is not a free service, you have to take a monthly subscription. Also I can build you a whois scrapper if you want. Let me know. Thanks.
