Google SOAP Search API Upgrade to Google Ajax Search API Project

Will be needing to convert from Google SOAP Search API to the new Google Ajax Search API OLD API: [url removed, login to view] New API: [url removed, login to view] Which Google no longer supports the SOAP Search API, so we are in need of a PHP coder that's familiar with all of the above or can get the job done. Here is the scenerio.... We have a desktop application that calls to the soap search currently we need you to convert this over on the server-side of the script to have it where: It redirects from the server-side current script to the new Ajax Search API when the client calls upon it within the application. We use the results to build web pages accordingly. Which you will see the code once given the job to take it from there. Or within asking for it here on RAC in a request to see the current setup. Also do note the time is one day, but if you need more time tell us in your bid as well! We will work with you on the time alloted for this. Meaning we will not stick you with a day and get it done by then. We are a flexible group. We know there are questions, and will not go into greater detail over this here on this application and server-side script in the general bid request until you have questions and would like to gain our bid and work. So feel free to ask questions, all you will be working on is the API conversion where it'll be seamless to the server hosted API for the application to call upon it and generate the pages accordingly. If you have vb.net and PHP experience do apply. Because we not only want to implement this within our application, we have over 17 other projects needing the same amount of "On going" attention. Don't bid high as this project is a foot in the door for you! Bid as you would love to keep working with us. We are a fun bunch and get right down too it with you. Anyhow thanks for interest in our bid here but keep in mind our budget is low on this first project with you.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
