Hi, this is a repost..
The job is simple, but please do not bid unless you can finish it!!
I dont mind paying more if just you finish it.
You just have to remake the linked file into html.
(Or you can fix the bugs in the old coders work)
Please "think" when you do it. :)
Forexample: When text is entered in the 3 blue boxes in the middle, they should always have the same size all 3 of them. (just as when you use tables instead of divs. Maybe they should even be made as a table? )
And the space around text should always be the same. (both in the left, right, top and buttom)
Anyway, it's quite simple if you know html.

- here are the images the old coder used. You can reuse them or make your own.
You don't have to stick strictly, pixel-by-pixel, to the design. We are easy going.

Some bidders tend to make the job even before i have accepted. So in order, not to waste their time here are some details.
Details:
The design most only be 780 px wide?
maybe this should be the plan:
1 px - black frame
181 px - left part
1 px - vertical line
2 px - space
196 px - blue box
2 px - space
196 px - blue box
2 px - space
196 px - blue box
2 px - space
1 px - black frame
Font sizes:
Can it be: "small", "large" and so on instead of fixed sizes? (because then it can be scaled by using the scrollwheel + ctrl)
