ROR minor server side fixes

I would like to hire an expert ROR developer to do some fixes in the app.
The developer should control:
[url removed, login to view] development environment.
[url removed, login to view] to Amazon , Youtube and itunes.
[url removed, login to view] should be able to be very independent , dive deep into code and learn it quickly in order to fix issues.
Currently the problem faced is that this app : [url removed, login to view] returns some data from the above mentioned APIs which is not so relevant.
E.g. looking for "Harry Potter" in youtube returns data which is totally irrelelvant.
Probably due to misuse of the API or to wrong handling of the return data.
Please address this bid only if you answer the 3 base criteria mentioned above.
Following - will be other tasks relating to this app server side.
