Script Hosting Website Semi Automated

I'm looking to start a scripting business where users pick a template from website which is on sale then they are told me to point there domain to and once i hit go the website go the template that they pick has to have admin panel i will never give them access to there mysql they should have a sort of admin panel that allows them to do everything
