I require the services of a PHP Developer to customises my Pligg Social Bookmarking site - [url removed, login to view] This involves developing extra functionality, on top of the Pligg platform. A summary of the work is as follows: • New Ratings System • Building a new rating algorithm that handles ratings being on a range of different categories. - Educational Value (1 ??" 5) - Relevance (1 ??" 5) - Impact (1 ??" 5) - Accuracy (1 ??" 5) o New ratings system would replace current 5 star ranking method and would use an AJAX popup window. PSD design would be provided to show look and feel • Hall of Fame Page o Displays all the Articles that have a rating above a certain threshold o PSD Design would be provided to show look and feel. • Hall of Fame Top to Widget o Sits on the side of the page (similar to Comments) and displays top 5 articles. o PSD Design would be provided to show look and feel. • Hall of Fame page Filter o Allows a category to be filtered to only show articles above a certain threshold. • Sitemap Page o This would query the DB and build the Sitemap dynamically depending on what categories and sub categories have been created. • Article Sorting o Sort by date added and rating, Use of MSN regularly is a must. ## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
