This project is for a penny auction site, first phase. This project will be awarded in three phases. This contract is for the first phase only.
The finished project is to complete this project, phase one, using Asp, AJAX and using the SQL data base that is supplied. We do not want to change the system to another language or a different data base system. The System will be deployed on MS Server 2003 and 2008 using MS SQL 2008.
The first phase would be to complete these main page, sign up, and bid pages.
The second phase would be the players options, histories and reports.
The last phase would be the admin/back office area
This project uses asp, ajax and ms sql 2008. The use of [url removed, login to view] may be considered. Before using [url removed, login to view] you will need to seek approval and receive approval.
## Deliverables
This project is to complete the phase one of a penny auction. You need to be proficient in ASP, AJAX, and MS SQL to do this project as well have reviewed a penny auction site and have a basic understanding of a penny auction site. This bid is to Complete Phase one of the project this is to include the main pages, players areas for sign up, and placing a bid.

You need to review the penny auction site that this site is designed after to fully understand the work what is needed t o completed this page. Review of the players area and function there is need to fully understand the work that is needed to complete this phase
The project will be completed when the page is set up on our server and we can verify that it is performing as required. You will be required to supply such code, pages and documentation as is required for our tech to set up the page and code on our server.
You do not need to do the auction management tool, as this part of the project will be completed by another contract. This is a bid for only the web work and data base work for phase one.
We will supply the pages and data base to the selected coder. It may be provided prior to acceptance for review upon request.

This is the milestones / payment schedule for this project. Phase 1 - $300 - Main page players sign up area and place a bid Phase 2 - $300 - complete players area Phase 3 - $300 - Admin / back office. Final clean up $200 For a total of $1100.00 for the entire project With the mile stones based upon the 3 phases and the final payment on the site completing the beta testing.

To be awarded this contract, the bidder must demonstrate that they can actual do the work. The difficult part of this project is the main pages with the ajax and refreshing.
